Bridget McQueen
ASSOCIATE MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPIST #153438
ASSOCIATE PROFESSIONAL CLINICAL COUNSELOR #18828
Supervised by Cori Soliz, LMFT #90141

Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or burdened by anxiety, grief, anger, trauma, relationship issues, career challenges, or a difficult life transition? Being truly seen and heard can create space to heal old wounds, gain clarity, and rediscover passion and joy.
Bridget specializes in EMDR, trauma-informed, holistic, and mindfulness-based psychotherapy, helping individuals and couples uncover the root causes of their challenges and move toward greater meaning, purpose, insight, and freedom. By integrating approaches such as EMDR, CBT/ACT, IFS-informed therapy, and hypnotherapy, she offers a client-centered approach tailored to each person’s unique needs.
While she draws from many therapeutic tools and techniques, Bridget believes effective therapy is less about the modality and more about understanding the root of each client’s unique challenges and the emotional blocks that may be stifling their goals and passions. She brings intellectual curiosity and emotional presence to the therapeutic space, helping clients discover, heal, and make the changes needed to thrive mentally and spiritually.
For couples, Bridget uses the Gottman Method, a research-based approach grounded in four decades of research on what makes relationships succeed. She helps couples build emotional connection, navigate conflict effectively, and strengthen trust.
In-person and telehealth sessions are available.
